How To MAke Kaju Katli





Ingredients
Cashew nuts - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Water - as required

Process

  • Take a bowl and transfer cashew nuts and blend it into a smooth.
  • Take the pan and sugar , little water and boil it to make one and half strong sugar syrup consistency.
  • Cashew nuts powder add in sugar syrup and switch off the flame later add 1 teaspoon of ghee mix thoroughly to make the dough.
  • Grease surface of a plate with little ghee and rolling pin with ghee and roil the dough into 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Leave it for 5 minutes and cut into diamond shapes.
